This week will be devoted to the final review of the 8 parts of speech, preparing for the test scheduled for Friday, October 25. I will explain the "format" of Friday's test, so each student knows what to expect upon entering the class on Friday.
At the end of the week, I will be giving ALL students a copy of the next novel: Flowers for Algernon, We will have a brief introduction and "setup" in preparation for the reading of the novel. We will not have a vocabulary unit because there will be NO CLASSES on Monday, October 21 (Shemini Atzeret).
